Philly Cheese Steak Pizza: Dinner for 2

[2 Servings: 1 Lean, 2 Green, 2 Condiments, 1/2 fat]

1 Cali'LITE Crust (1/2 Lean, 3 Greens)
1/8 cup Bertolli Light Alfredo Sauce (1 Condiments)
2 wedges Light Laughing Cow Cheese (1 Fat)
1/4 cup green peppers, thinly sliced (1/2 Green)
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced (1/2 Green)
2 Tablespoon onion, chopped (2 Condiments)
5-3/4 ounces cooked ground sirloin or steak, cooked with pinch of salt & pepper (1-1/6 Lean)
3 slices reduced fat cheese slices(2 Ounces-1/3)
[I prefer Sargentos Reduced fat Provolone or Swiss]

 
Directions: 


-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Bake frozen pizza crust for 10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool at least 5-10 minutes.
-In a large skillet, saute green peppers, mushrooms and onion over medium high heat for a few minutes or until tender. Set aside.
-In a small mixing bowl whisk together light alfredo sauce and cheese wedges.
-Spread over crust. Add green peppers and mushrooms. Top with cooked meat.
-Layer top with 3 ounces reduced fat cheese slices over pizza.
-Bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes.
-Divide into 2 servings.
