How to get a crispy Cali'flour crust

Do you prefer your pizza crust to be nice and crispy?  Follow these steps for ultimate crispiness:
  • Heat your oven to 375-400 degrees (ovens can vary)
  • Place your frozen crust on a vented pizza pan or pizza screen
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes (flipping halfway not necessary if using a vented type of pan and some pizza stones)
  • Let cook COMPLETELY - approximately 5-10 minutes
  • Top with desired toppings
  • Eat as-is or place back in oven directly under broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until toppings are warm.
  • I Love to use my Pampered Chef Stone and even use parchment paper on them to make cleaning even easier. I also use a Pampered Chef Pie edge saver on the crust to keep the edges from burning.
  • Another cooking method is to cook it in a large non-stick skillet. This is perfect when wanting to use the crusts for sandwich wraps OR enchilada/burrito roll-ups because it is easier to watch for desired crispiness
