[1 Lean, 3 Green, 1/2 Optional Snack, 1 Condiment, 1 Fat]
2-1/2 ounces cooked ground turkey and 1 ounces shredded reduced-fat cheese to top.
*Sprinkling of shredded lettuce, a couple cherry tomatoes sliced thin and one spear of pickle diced or sliced. (These added would not throw you out of a fat burn, per nutrition support, as long as no other snack is used for that day)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake One Jalapeno Cali'flour crust for 15 minutes on a parchment paper lined baking stone. (I use Pampered Chef stones and they work so well.)
- Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes while you add 2-1/2 ounces cooked ground turkey and 1 ounces shredded reduced-fat cheese to top.
- Bake for an additional 8 minutes then top with a sprinkling of shredded lettuce, a couple cherry tomatoes sliced thin and one spear of pickle diced or sliced.
- Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of mustard and 1-1/2 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise over top.
