Cali'LITE Appetizer Plate (L&G)

[2 Servings on Optimal 5&1 Plan: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1-2 Condiment]
1 Red Pepper Cali'LITE Crust (3 Green, 1/2 Lean)
4 ounces Reduced-fat Mozzarella, shredded
6 ounces Grilled Chicken Breast, cubed
2-4 Tablespoons Sugar-free BBQ Sauce (2-4 Condiments)
16 Cherry Tomatoes
toothpicks
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Bake Crust for 8 minutes, remove and sprinkle cheese evenly on crust then bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let set until cool enough to handle.
  • Cut into 32 squares then top half with 1 cube of chicken; brush with BBQ sauce and secure with a toothpick. Over the other half sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  • Heat for the final 5 minutes. Remove and top the Cheesy Italian section with a cherry tomato secured with a toothpick. Enjoy!!
