Cali'Zone: Turkey Marinara (Dinner for 2)

[Dinner for 2: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1-1/2 condiment, 1-1/2 Fat]
1 Cali'LITE Crust (3 Green, 1/2 Lean)
Bake crust at 400°F for 8 minutes

In a skillet, brown 8 ounces extra lean turkey meat then add:

1/4 cup Rao or Homemade sauce (1 Green)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (1 condiment)
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic herb blend (1 condiment)
1/2 Tablespoon onions, minced (1/2 condiment)

~Simmer until liquid is reduced. 
~Scoop filling on to half of the crust. Sprinkle 3 ounces reduced-fat shredded mozzarella over meat mixture. (Reserve pinch of cheese for crust) 
~Fold crust in half, brush with 1/2 Tablespoon Butter (1 Fat), then broil 2 minutes.
~Carefully flip calzone over. Brush with another 1/2 Tablespoon Butter (1 Fat), 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (1/2 condiment) and sprinkle with the reserved cheese, then broil 2 minutes more.
~Cut into 4 wedges (2 wedges per serving) Serve each with 1 cup spring mix (1 Green-OR Veggie serving of your choice), 1 Tablespoon Light dressing (1/2 Healthy Fat-*can be omitted)
