Cali'flour Lasagna PLUS Vegetarian (Ovo-Lacto) option

My Family Loves Cali'flour Lasagna-use these crust instead of the noodles for a low carb option!

[4 servings: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 2 Condiment, 1 Fat]


~In a large personal blender, COMBINE:
16 ounces 1% Cottage Cheese (1-1/3 Leanest)
6 Tbls eggbeaters (2 Condiments)
8 wedges Light Laughing Cow Cheese or 8 Tbls Light Cream Cheese (4 Fat)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (2 Condiment)
2 tsp garlic, minced (2 Condiment)
~PULSE until creamy; set aside.
~In a large skillet Brown:
7 ounces Extra Lean Ground Turkey (1 Leanest)*Vegetarian option 1-2⁄3 cups MSF Meal Starters Grillers Crumbles-(The MSF Contains Soy)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (1 Condiment)
1 tsp garlic, minced (1 Condiment)
~STIR IN:1 cup diced tomatoes (2 Green), then remove from heat; set aside.
2 Cali'LITE Crust (6 Green, 1 Lean)
4 ounces Sargentos reduced fat cheese (2/3 Leaner)
1 cup Rao's Pasta sauce (4 Green)

~ASSEMBLE:
In a 9-inch Casserole dish, layer ingredients beginning with 1/3 of the meat mixture followed by one of the crust, then 1/3 meat mixture, 1/3 of the sauce then 1/2 creamy mixture and 1/3 shredded cheese, next crust, remaining meat, remaining sauce,  remaining creamy mixture, then top with remaining cheese
~BAKE at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top.
~Divide into 4 equal portions!
