Chicken Mushroom Skillet with Side Salad

15 MINUTE MEAL!! This quick and easy Lean & Green can be cooked up in a jiffy for the whole family by multiplying the recipe for the . (*Adapted recipe from Weight Watcher Freestyle recipe from Slap Dash Mom.) Be Creatively Healthy!

[1 Serving: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 3 Condiment, 1 Fat]

9 ounces skinless, chicken breast sliced into strips (1 Lean)
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms (1-1/2 Green)
1 Tablespoon Onion, chopped (1 Condiment)
1 teaspoon garlic, minced (1 Condiment)*optional
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
*Garnish with chives if desired

~In a non-stick skillet, spritz with cooking spray, cook chicken strips until mostly cooked then add the sliced mushrooms onion garlic and season.
~Serve on a plate with side salad of 1 cup Spring mix (1 Green), 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (1/2 Green) Pinch of reduced fat cheese and 2 Tablespoons Light dressing (1 Fat)
