Egg-Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust

      I have had a few requests for an Egg Free 5&1 Cauliflower Crust. I worked on the binding to find the best one and would love for you to try it and post on social media. [2 Servings: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 2 Condiments, 1/2 Fat]

6 ounces Reduced-fat Mozzarella (1 Lean)
2 Tablespoon Flax Seed (1 Fat)*prepped
4 Tablespoon hot water
2 cups steamed Cauliflower florets (4 Green)
1 teaspoon garlic, minced (1 Condiment)*optional
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (2 Condiment)*optional
1/2 red pepper flakes (1 Condiment) *optional

~*In a small bowl, combine hot water and Flax seeds. Let set for 1-3 hours to allow Flax seeds to soak up water.
~In a food processor combine all the above ingredients and pulse to blend well.
~On two parchment paper lined vented pans, divide the cauliflower mixture into 2 equal portions.
Press into thin pizza discs.
~Bake at 400-425 degrees F. for approximately 20 minutes.
~Flip over then spread 2 Tablespoons Rao's Sauce on EACH pizza crust (4 Tablespoons =1 Green)~Next split the following evenly between each serving.
1 cup fresh Spinach (1 Green), 3 ounces reduced-fat Mozzarella (1/2 Lean) and 3/4 cup MSF Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles (1/2 Lean-CONTAINS SOY) Divided evenly between the two pizza [*For SOY-free & Egg-Free, just make a cheese pizza by adding 3 ounces to each pizza]
~Bake an additional 10 minutes until toasty and cheese is melted.
~ Enjoy eating one egg-free pizza.
