[2 Servings: 1 Green, 1/6 Lean, 1/2 Fat, 1-1/2 Condiments]
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hearts of Palm (1 Green
1/2 cup frozen Spinach-thaw and squeeze extra water out (1 Green)
2 Tablespoon Reduced-fat Alfredo sauce (2 Condiments per NS)
2 wedges Light Laughing Cow Cheese (1 fat)
2 ounce reduced-fat mozzarella (1/3 Lean)
1 Tablespoon Reduced-fat Parmesan cheese (1 Condiment)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl combine veggies, Alfredo sauce, Laughing Cow Cheese, and Mozzarella and mix until creamy.
- Scoop mixture into a large ramekin then top with shredded Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Serve with my Spinach Pesto Cheddar Crackers
