"Lasagna" using Cali'flour Collagen Wraps

[4 servings: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1-1/2 Condiment]

Ingredients:
2  (4 Green)

7 ounces Extra Lean Ground Turkey, cooked ( >98=1 Lean)
4 ounces reduced-fat cheese, shredded (2/3 Lean)
 
Sauce Ingredients:
3 cups Stewed Italian Tomatoes, pureed (6 Green)
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (1 Condiment)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1 Condiment)
1 teaspoons Garlic, minced (1 Condiment)

Directions: 
  • In a food processor, combine the sauce ingredients and pulse completely. Pour pureed tomatoes into a medium saucepan and simmer until liquid is reduced.
  • Rinse food processor to use for the filling.
Filling Ingredients:
 
1 egg (1/3 Lean)
2-1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese, strained (1-2/3 Leanest)
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions (1 Green)
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (1 Condiment)
2 ounces reduced-fat mozzarella, shredded (1/3 Lean)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1 Condiment)
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced (1 Condiment)
 
  • Pulse the filling ingredients in the food processor until creamy. Stir in 1 Cup Fresh Spinach (1 Green) by hand.
  • Now, in a deep, Round Casserole Dish begin to layer starting with 1/3 of the sauce into the bottom followed by 1/3 of the ground turkey.
  • Next, place one of the over the meat and sauce layer, then spread 1/3 of the sauce over the wrap. Now layer the remaining in the following order:

1/2 of the filling mixture
2 ounces of the shredded cheese
1/3 of the turkey meat
2nd Collagen Wrap
Remaining Sauce
Remaining Meat
Remaining Filling Mixture
Remaining shredded Cheese
 


Bake Lasagna for 25 minutes-COVERED with foil. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Divide into 4 equal servings. Enjoy! Ingredients:
