Hickory Smoke BBQ Marinade/Glaze for Lean

[4 Condiments: Divide as you desire]

(Tip: Try to choose condiment ingredients that are in larger quantities allowed so it adds enough flavors you want to your meal but still keeping on plan)
1/8 cup cider vinegar (1/2 condiment)
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Syrup (1 condiment)-OR-2 Tablespoon Sugar Free Walden Farms Maple Syrup (1 Condiment)
2 Tablespoon G. Hughes Sugar Free BBQ sauce (2 condiments)
1/2 teaspoon Hickory Smoke (1/2 Condiment)
~Mix the ingredients together then use to Marinate your choice of Lean:
16-32 ounce skinless chicken breast (This will yield 2-4 Servings: 6 oz cooked) for 30-45 minutes. Then cook on hot grill. Use remaining sauce to glaze while cooking until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
-OR place marinated chicken breast then place in center of aluminum foil fold up sides and crimp edges together leaving one side open to pour remaining sauce over chicken then fold and crimp last edge of foil pouch and grill 20-25 minutes until cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!
-OR Enjoy this with a 24 ounces Turkey Tenderloin (Divide into 7 ounces Lean servings) as pictured! I like to use a charcoal grill to cook these until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
