Welcome friends to Be Creatively Healthy Recipe Blog. As some of you know, I have food allergies to legumes, including peanuts & SOY. This makes weight-loss meal replacements a challenge. With planning, I created recipes using Optavia Soy-free products (Some with Soy Lecithin used sparingly). I was able to release my first 100 lbs in just 6-1/2 months on Optavia!
