Vegetarian (Ovo-Lacto) Options

I have had many requests for Vegetarian 5&1 Recipes, so I wanted to help compile them on one Page for easy access.
~I AM ALLERGIC TO SOY so my recipes utilize Soy-Free Products which are Vegetarian (Ovo-Lacto) Friendly, as well.

~Most of my recipes can be made Vegetarian just by exchanging the meat for a meatless option to suit your dietary needs.
**REMEMBER: MEAT SUBSTITUTES USE SOY!!

For instance: 15 oz. Tofu (*add 1 fat to firm only), Morning Star Farms products (amounts vary) & 5 oz. Tempeh. (DO NOT EAT if you are allergic to Soy), as well as,  5 oz. Seitan (DO NOT EAT if you have Celiac or a Gluten, Soy or Legume allergy) each can be substituted for meat protein option.

Creamy Jalepeno Pizza

Cali'flour Crusts are all Gluten and Soy FREE!! They are also great for a Vegetarian (Ovo-Lacto) Lean & Green Option. The Original Italian, Sweet Red Pepper, Spicy Jalapeno, and the New Plain Crust are each approved for the Optimal 5&1 plan, and count as 3 Green & 1/2 Lean. They are made with fresh Cauliflower, egg, cheese and seasoning.
