(I made this recipe to utilize the Buttermilk Cheddar Herb biscuit and extra mashed potato fueling packets I had on hand. I prefer less herbs so to dilute the strong flavor, this was the best hack. You can also dilute the herb strength by sifting them out. Another recipe to try is mixing the Biscuit with Potato Fueling and turn them into bagels.)
[Makes 3 servings of 4 rolls: 1 Fueling, 1/3 Lean, 2/3 Fat, 1/2 Condiment]

Ingredients:
3 eggs, at room temp (1 Lean)
4 Tablespoons light cream cheese at room temp (2 Fat)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar (1/2 Condiment)
1 packet Stevia optional
3 packets Optavia Buttermilk Biscuit OR Mashed Potato OR Combination (3 Fueling)
9 Tablespoon water
Directions:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~Separate egg whites from egg yolks, putting whites in one bowl and yolks in another bowl. ~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~Add cream of tartar (or vinegar or lemon juice) to whites.
~Beat whites on high until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
~In a small bowl combine Fueling packets and water
~Add cream cheese and Stevia to yolks. Whisk yolk mixture until blended , then add fueling powder to the Cream Cheese mixture and blend until dissolved

~Gently whisk yolk mixture into whites being careful to not over mix and make the whites fall. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, make 12 equal sized discs, not touching. *I used a Whoopee Pie Pan spritzed with Pam Spray for this and dropped 2 Tablespoon of batter into each well.
~Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
