7-up Jello Salad (2 Plan Options)

[4 Servings on a 5&1 Plan: 1 Snack, 1/4 Lean]

3 ounce box (small) Sugar-Free Lime Jello-any flavor works (4 Snack)
1 cup hot water
1 cup Diet 7-up
12 ounces 1 % Cottage Cheese (1 Lean)

~Dissolve Sugar-free Lime Jello in hot water. 
~Stir in the Diet 7-up and cottage cheese.
~Divide into 4 cups and place in fridge to set up overnight.

[6 Servings on a 4-2-1 Plan: 1 Snack, 1/6 Lean]
*This works for the 3&3 plan also!


*Those on the 5&1 are NOT permitted Fruit as a Snack option.
3 ounce box (small) Sugar-Free Lime Jello (4 Snack)
1 cup hot water
1 cup Diet 7-up
12 ounces 1 % Cottage Cheese (1 Lean)
*1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped (2 Snack) 

~Dissolve Sugar-free Lime Jello in hot water.
~Stir in the Diet 7-up, cottage cheese, and pineapple.
~Divide into 6 cups and place in fridge to set up overnight.
