- Place Collagen Wrap on a HOT cast iron skillet spritz lightly with Pam spray.
- Cook until toasted on one side then flip to cook the other side.
- Remove and place on a microwave-safe plate.
4 ounces shredded skinless chicken breast (2/3 Lean)
1/4 cup bell pepper (1/2 Green)
1 Tablespoon chopped Onion (1 Condiment)
1 Tablespoon Salsa (1 Condiment)
1/4 cup diced Tomatoes
2 ounces reduced-fat Mozzarella (1/3 Lean)
Directions:
Pour meat mixture onto the Collagen Wrap and roll up.
In a personal blender, pulse 1/4 cup diced tomatoes then pour into the hot skillet to cook out some of the liquid.
Pour Tomato sauce over the Fajita Collagen Wrap then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce covered wrap.
Microwave for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve with 2 Tablespoon Light Sour Cream (1 Fat) *Optional
