The System I use nearly everyday for blending my shakes, smoothies, and other fuelings is the Ninja Intelli-sense Kitchen System It comes with the personal blender cup, large pitcher, food processor and chopper attachments. It is one of the best blenders other than the Vitamix Blender but the Ninja is a lot cheaper.

As I set out on my Journey, I knew my food allergies (Legumes, Peanuts, and SOY) would be a struggle and challenge with the limited amounts of meal replacements I would be able to have. So, to add variety I created recipes that utilized those fuelings available in different ways so that I was not struck with boredom. I was afraid boredom would trigger me into returning to old eating habits. I love flavor and variety. At the request of many supporters, I compiled my recipes in an E-Book form to help myself and others.
All proceeds have enabled me to continue on the journey to Optimal Health. I'm grateful for you all!
