Mini Bell Nachos

[1 Lean, 3 Green, 3 Condiment, 2 Fat]

6 ounces Extra Lean ground turkey (6/7 Lean)
3/4 ounces reduced-fat cheese (1/7 Lean)
5 ounces mini sweet pepper (2 Green)
1/2 cup Rotel diced Tomatoes with green chilies (1 Green)
1/2 teaspoon Taco seasoning (1 Condiment)
Topping Options: 3 ounces Avocado (2 Fat) and 2 Tablespoon Light Sour Cream(2 Condiments)

~Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems and seeds from mini peppers. Set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
~In a mixing  bowl combine cooked extra lean ground turkey, diced tomatoes, and seasoning.
~Stuff each bell pepper half with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the stuffed peppers.
~Bake at 350°F until cheese melts (or cook on a Pizzazz until cheese melts)
[2.63 ounces is the 1/2 cup serving so nearly 7-1/2 ounces equal complete green]
