**FOR those with SOY ALLERGENS: Remember to check all labels, even if you think the item would not logically have it added. Soy as an additive has somehow made it's way into virtually everything. When one ingredient starts popping up into everything, that is worrisome. It is not needed but companies have found it is a cheap filler so they can sell product at a lower cost. If it says backed in water with Soy or Vegetable broth then it has Soy. The oil packed cans use Soybean/Vegetable oil. Wild Planet, Crown Prince, Kirkland, Bumblebee Prime Filet (Gold Label)
**Mercury Concerns: The smaller the Tuna species, the lower the mercury level. Albacore tuna (labeled “solid white” ), is the biggest of the tuna family so it has higher levels of mercury.  Skipjack and Tongol (labeled “chunk light”) are the smallest.  This smaller size makes such a difference in mercury levels which is why they recommend we choose to eat these tuna 3x as frequently as white Albacore. For example, an average sized adult is advised to eat the higher leveled one only once every 9-10 days but the light tuna can safely be eaten every 3-4 days!

  1. I am having such a hard time understanding this. If I add things up correctly if you eat an entire crust that’s going to be 27 g of fat?
4.5 grams of fat per serving and the crust has 6 servings? That’s 27 grams. Is this okay?

  2. Wait wait - maybe I’m misreading... it says 6 servings per container but maybe that means there are 6 pizzas?

Because then it says 1/3 of a crust is a serving which would only be 4.5 x 3 ... which is only 13.5 grams of fat per pizza...

Is that the way it’s supposed to be?

  3. It looks like the new crust have 90 calories vs 60 per serving (so a pizza has 270 calories vs 180) and 6 grams of fat vs 4.5 (18 grams vs 13.5)

    Will that make a difference?
