[2 Servings: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 2 Condiments, 1/2 Healthy Fat)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup All Whites, beaten (1/4 Lean)
3 cups Spinach (3 Green)
1-1/2 cups broccoli, finely chopped (3 Greens)
2 Tablespoon light Cream Cheese (1 Healthy Fat)
9 ounces 1% cottage cheese (3/4 Lean)
1-1/4 ounces Turkey Bacon, cooked and diced (1/4 Lean)*Omit if desired
1 teaspoon garlic, minced(1 Condiment)
1/4 cup chives (1 Condiment)

4-1/2 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (3/4 Lean)
2 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (2 Condiment)
Directions:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
~In a food processor, combine egg whites, Cottage Cheese, cream cheese, garlic and chives. Pulse until creamy.
~In a large mixing bowl combine creamy mixture with the turkey bacon, spinach and broccoli.
~In a food processor, combine egg whites, Cottage Cheese, cream cheese, garlic and chives. Pulse until creamy.
~In a large mixing bowl combine creamy mixture with the turkey bacon, spinach and broccoli.
~Pour mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
~Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
~Bake an additional 20 minutes.
