Cali'Tacos: Dinner for 2

I love being creative with my Lean & Green Meals. I turned Cali'flour Pizza Crust into tacos!! These crust are approved for any Optavia or Medifast 5&1 plan.  *Instead of cutting out circles you could skip that step and just cut the crust into wedges then fold between the inverted muffin pan.
[2 Servings: 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1 condiment]

1 Red Pepper or Jalapeno Cali'LITE crust (3 Green, 1/2 Lean)

3 ounces reduced-fat cheese (1/2 Lean)
6 ounces extra lean ground turkey(3/4 Lean)
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (2 Condiments)

Directions:
Using a cookie cutter, cut 4 circles out of the crust (Reserve the scraps OR just leave as quartered and continue the remaining steps )
Set the circles on a parchment-lined baking stone and bake at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes, remove and place between the wells of an upside-down cupcake pan.

With the reserved crusts scraps, pulse in a personal blender OR chop super well.(skip this step if left as wedges)
In a large skillet, combine ground turkey, seasoning and the pulsed Cali'flour crust pieces until meat is cooked thoroughly.
Fill each taco shell with the meat mixture then top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Side Salad: 2 cups shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 4 Tablespoon Light dressing(2 fat)
Avocado Spread/Dip:
Mix together 3 ounces mashed avocado with
3 ounces Fage Total 0% (1/4 Lean)

~Divide complete meal into 2 equal portions
